Analysis and optimization of the entire process of production, from performance to accounting Identification of weaknesses, media breaks and automation potentials Development and implementation of a digitalization strategy for increasing efficiency in the manufacture of Accompanying the introduction of a new commodity management system (WMS) with particular focus on the integration of the invoice interfaces Close cooperation with all business sectors to harmonise the processes relevant to the manufacture Establishing standardized, scalable processes and creating the necessary documentation and work instructions Regular reporting to management and active communication on project progress and results

Complete training in the commercial sector or studies in business, business informatics or related fields Finded professional experience in the fields of facility, controlling and monthly completion Embossed process thinking with the ability to identify inefficient processes and to consistently implement solutions High IT affinity and rapid understanding in the integration into new systems – even without deep IT expertise Understanding relevant key figures and their impact on company development Communication strength and ability to effectively interact across departments and at all hierarchical levels Self-responsible, structured working with a focus on targeted work and continuous target realization Experience with goods management or ERP systems of advantage
