You are driving transformation with focus on new forms of cooperation (Agile/ Lean Principles, Collaboration Models, Project Management, (digital) product development). You bring about innovative approaches to cultural change into the organization. You identify change and improvement potentials. You develop customer-centric and scalable workflows and establish value-creating standards. You think holistic and End2End and bring this into the organization. You accompany digital change processes, develop governance structures and support management in implementation. You coach teams and executives along the entire transformation process and work closely with international colleagues. In a key position, you drive forward the implementation of the “New Work” vision in the company as an active designer. You design and moderate workshops and working groups, document results clearly and structured and implement improvements on your hands-on.

Multiannual, practical experience with transformation / organizational development, (digital) product development, project management and process optimization Extensive practical competence with agile / collaboration/ lean principles and methods (ideally certified) Experience as Agile Coach or accompanied by agile teams Professional experience in international environments, intercultural sensitivity and safe handling of different systems Strong conceptual and analytical skills, structured working, pronounced problem-solving competence and hands-on mentality – from planning to implementation Excellent communication skills, team skills at all levels, moderation and coaching skills as well as the ability to understand complex content Quickly capture workflows and system relationships, experience in process analysis and design, and flexibility in handling new or unexpected situations
