For our customers in Plettenberg we are now looking for a reliable machine operator (m/w/d) in the field of CNC lathe technology / machining.

In this position, you work on modern CNC lathes, monitor the manufacturing process and ensure that the produced components meet the highest quality standards. The process is carried out in the 2-layer system (fruit and late layer), the possibility of the night layer is perspective.

Your tasks

• Operating and monitoring of CNC lathes
• equipping the machines and starting and controlling the production processes
• Measuring and testing the manufactured parts with common measuring devices
• Implementation of visual and quality controls and, where appropriate, Reworking of workpieces
• Working in optimizing production and work processes
• Work with Mazak or Siemens controls

We are looking for

• Completed technical training, e.g. as a machine and plant operator or machining mechanic (m/w/d), of advantage
• Experience in CNC cutting / turning technology desirable
• Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment
• Technical understanding and careful, reliable operation
• ready for shift work (spring and late shift)
