Cook (m/f/d)

For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a cook (m/w/d) in full-time in Eisenberg, also for direct hire.

Your tasks:

• Preparation: Manufacture and preparation of various dishes with fresh, seasonal and regional foods.
• Supply: Preparation of food for patient restaurant, employee bistro and gourmet restaurant.
• Quality control: Check the foods used and contribute to the design of the food supply.
• Hygiene: Replacement of the applicable HACCP and hygiene requirements during processing and preparation.

They bring with them:

• Qualification: Complete training in the gastronomic field, e.g. as a cook, accompaniment, specialist kitchen (m/w/d) or comparable qualification.
• Experience: knowledge of gastronomy or community use of advantage.
• Expertise: Safe handling of fresh food and knowledge of HACCP requirements.
• Layered readiness: willingness to work between 06:00 and 17:00.
