• Care and processing of invoice and output incl. Audit of accounts
• Conting, booking and payment of invoices by SAP S4/Hana
• Installation of projects and orders in internal systems
• Communication with external service providers and clarification of facts and budget tracking
• Construction and budget monitoring as well as creation of reports and presentations on budget and construction projects
• Creation of presentations and protocols
• Administration and supervision of documents for reproducing and depositing
• Independent correspondence in English

You are:

• A successfully completed commercial training, ideally with experience in assistance and accounting activities
• Flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing
• Comprehensive MS Office knowledge as well as previous knowledge in the field of SAP
• In addition to a dedicated, structured and both meticulous and solution-oriented way of working, you are characterized by high team capability, reliability and self-initiative
