In order to strengthen our market succession activity, we are looking for a (m/d) - private credit business in full-time or Parttime (at least 50%).

Your tasks: You independently process loan commitments from private borrowers (especially construction finances) in the new and existing business. You shall prepare drafts of decisions and credit, loan and collateral contracts in the field of private and foreign funds. You are responsible for the installation and management of the digital customer records. You correspond independently to notaries, land register offices, other credit institutions, construction savings banks and insurance companies.

Your personal profile: You have a completed training to/from the bank clerk/bank clerk. You bring practical experience in private credit management. You work independently, carefully and structured and like to actively engage in a dedicated team. You bring the necessary motivation, resilience and flexibility. You have a secure judgment and are very good to decide.
