In our Finance Excellence Program for our Region Europe West you will become part of our Business Consulting team at Munich, Frankfurt/Main, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Hamburg, Hannover or Stuttgart. The program prepares you to advise the CFO and its teams in all relevant areas of finance. The 18-month modular program combines 2-3 project assignments in our various finance areas for leading international customers: women, with special trainings for programme participants: women and (digital) certifications. You decide at the end of the program in which area you want to start your career. If it can be mapped on the project side, we will also allow you to work abroad in one of the EY Europe West countries during or after completion of the program. Internal 'community building' we write big, so on the one hand regular meetings and events with the other programme participants are held and on the other hand all participants have a high visibility and priority in our top management. During the program you will grow and advise in at least two of the three following areas: Digital Finance: Automation and Digitization in Finance from Strategy Development to Implementation of Digital Tools (SAP, Microsoft, AI) Value & Performance Management: Establishing Performance Management and Long Term Value Concepts for CFO to Control Sustainable Growth Global Business Services: Building agile support and management capabilities through digital technologies and global service center

Completed studies in one of the following or related areas: Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics with the focus of Finance, Accounting or Controlling Insufficient internships at leading (consultation) companies in finance, strategy or related fields as well as knowledge in finance, accounting or controlling Excellent analytical skills and the ability to set priorities, to work independently and self-motivated Outstanding team capacity with great interest in international cooperation and high readiness to travel Entrepreneurial thinking combined with pronounced communication skills in German and English; French, Italian or Spanish are an additional plus for a career in Europe West
