You will examine applications from German companies for their eligibility for the Research Supplement Certificate Centre and for further programmes to promote research, development and innovation. You carry out professional evaluations of submitted applications on the basis of defined test criteria and document the results. You will set up valid certificates to assess the eligibility of research and development projects. You analyze the content of complex facts in the context of opposition proceedings and conduct sound expert opinions. You are involved in the design and development of intelligent IT products for digital conveying processes, in particular in the context of data-based and AI-based applications.

You have a completed master's degree or a comparable qualification in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence or computer linguistics. You have a well-founded knowledge of the evaluation of IT and AI related projects and an understanding of current technological developments. You have German knowledge at the native language level, as the activity requires the legally reliable written presentation of complex technical reviews in German. You work carefully, compliant and orientate yourself to predetermined test and evaluation standards. You communicate clearly and addressably in professional advice. You bring interest in digital management processes and in the design of IT-based funding instruments.
