As a Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d) in the distribution logistics at Melitta Coffee at our location in Bremen, you are responsible for providing a defined customer group reliably in the LEH and eCommerce and efficiently controlling the order and delivery processes. The following exciting tasks await you:

Order processing LEH: You handle the orders of your LEH customer group independently, tune delivery dates and adjustments to stock availability and logistical capacities, and enter into the corresponding commercial invoices

Complaint management: You clarify and process complaints such as time-lapses, misuses and additional quantities as well as damages and quality defects and implement the necessary good and debits

Delivery and special cases: Your tasks include the creation and execution of deliveries, refusals to accept and pick-up orders, including appointment and consistent appointment monitoring

Action & Promotion Control: You control, reserve and monitor the promotion & promotional quantities and agree closely with the customer manager in Key Account Management

Interface management: In addition, you are the central contact person for your customer group, the external logistic network, as well as internal areas such as key account management, marketing and controlling, and will address a defined customer group in eCommerce including complaint management

Projects, master files and reporting: You will participate in the project for the new implementation of SAP4Hana, support the management and updating of the Artify master data pool and start the necessary documentation, reports and evaluations

You have completed your commercial training as an industrial merchant or comparable successful

You have already gained several years of experience in customer service, disposition and/or order processing, ideally focusing on LEH or eCommerce customers

You work safely with SAP R/3 and MS Office, have knowledge of APS systems as well as handling ticket and CRM systems and feel comfortable in a digital working environment

In addition to your high service and customer orientation, team skills, communication skills as well as a distinct customer-specific conflictability are characterized
