Head of Finance and Organization (m/f/d)

The Parity Academy NRW is looking for a Head of Finance and Organisation (m/w/d) full time. An occupation in parttime is possible in principle. The Joint Academy NRW is designed with social impact. The focus of the body is the economic management of the Joint Academy NRW and the design and coordination of organisational processes in close cooperation with the management. Tasks include: Responsibility for financial accounting, financial statements and budget and liquidity planning Ensure proper accounting according to HGB and relevant legal requirements Further development of financial, administrative and controlling processes Creation of budgets, economic analysis and key figures and reporting Advising the management of economic issues and decision-making processes Control and further development of funding management including callbacks and evidence of use Accompanying audits and cooperation with audits, tax advice and authorities Creation, examination and negotiation of contracts Participation in the further development of internal organisational and administrative processes

Complete university studies, e.g. business management, finance or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in finance, controlling and organization Knowledge in Accounting (HGB), ideally in the right to use Experience in funding management and knowledge of public funding law Safe handling of financial systems such as DATEV or Simba Representative competence in the digital development of administrative processes Analytical and Structured Thinking Power and Responsible Operation Identification with the values and the symbol of the Joint NRW
