Complete business or legal studies focusing on human resources management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a large medium-sized industrial company Knowledge of labour law, pay billing, pay tax law, social security law including appropriate audits and general human resources processes Embossed skills in moderation and rhetorical skills in presentation Open-minded, communication-strong personality with independent, structured working methods as well as analytical thinking and hands-on mentality Negotiating skills, integrity and target orientation High self-motivation and loadability German language skills and excellent English skills in word and writing
