To strengthen our team we are looking for

The team: Our accounting team is the financial backbone of the company. We are responsible for collecting and managing all financial transactions, compiling financial reports and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Through close cooperation with other departments and external partners, we support the company's financial stability and transparency.

These are your tasks:

Support for ongoing financial accounting (customer registration, audit, deposit)

Participation in the preparation of monthly accounts and reporting documents

Maintenance and updating of master data in our ERP system (e.g. SAP, Navision or comparable)

Working with the optimization and digitization of accounting processes (e.g. Excel evaluations, checklists, documentation)

General administrative support of the finance team (e.g. correspondence, scheduling, travel costs)

That's what makes you:

You are currently studying business management, finance, business informatics or a comparable discipline

Ideally, first practical experience in accounting or financial matters (e.g. through internships, HiWi offices or own projects)

Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot, SVERWEIS, Basic functions)

Interest in ERP systems and digital tools – first touch points are a plus

Structured, careful working and joy in numbers

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge is advantageous

The remuneration is 15 euros per hour for a weekly working time of up to 20 hours.
