Activities

• They independently control the entire recruiting process from demand determination to setting.
• In close coordination with the respective specialist departments, you can formulate and publish targeted job advertisements on different platforms.
• They receive incoming applications, coordinate interviews and act as a direct contact person for our applicants.
• They accompany interviews in both German and English and actively support the selection process.
• The advice of the specialist departments on all questions concerning recruiting is also part of your task.
• You collect and check data in various HR systems and perform further administrative tasks within the HR department.
• In addition, you will be involved in the daily operational work of our HR Business Partners as well as in-kind work.

Your profile

• A completed commercial training with additional qualification in the field of personnel or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in recruiting or in personal care is desirable.
• Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday and/or SAP are advantageous.
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially with Excel.
• Ideally experience in dealing with collective agreements between the metal and electrical industries.
• They work structured, independent and conscientious – even under high loads.
• Communication strength, self-initiative and a pronounced organizational talent.
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile.
