In the training program for insurance management, you will receive an intensive training with a steep learning curve over 24 months, which is precisely tailored to you. You learn our daily business in the field of transport insurance or know property, assembly and cyber insurance for companies. In addition, you have the opportunity to work in department-internal and overarching projects and to support the management department manager in the topics of leadership, control and personnel work. Your:e Personal:r Mentor:in helps you plan your further career steps, gives you feedback on your achievements and supports you in your development. You are not only in close contact with other trainees, but you also learn a lot of colleagues across the group: you know and visit workshops and seminars. So you build a strong network. Expertise: You have your studies in the field of economics with a focus on insurance and insurance. Engineering sciences or a comparable degree course successfully completed or close to it. As part of internships, an honorary office or as a working student, you have already gained first professional experience. Ideally, you bring forward knowledge/ practical experience in the financial industry.
