You drive forward the further development and control of a business continuity management system (BCMS) Develop and implement policies, standards, processes and governance structures for effective business continuity management Together with the departments, you analyze business-critical risks and effects (BIA), develop appropriate precautionary, emergency and restart measures and ensure their effectiveness through the planning and execution of appropriate exercises As a competent contact person, advise and sensitize executives as well as relevant stakeholders on BCM, emergency and crisis management issues Regular reporting to management as well as the control of cross-departmental measures to continuously improve BCMS round off your task

You have successfully completed your studies, such as economics, business informatics, security management or have a comparable qualification You can demonstrate a multiannual, relevant professional experience in business continuity management, crisis management, risk management, information security management or in a comparable function You have demonstrable experience in building, implementing or developing a business continuity management system, ideally in a complex group or matrix organization You know relevant BCM standards and frameworks, in particular ISO 22301; Knowledge of the BSI standard 200-4 or comparable national frameworks is advantageous You think strategically, analyze complex relationships quickly and develop pragmatic, implementable and sustainable solutions With your safe occurrence at management level, your strong communication strength and your binding occurrence, you gain different stakeholders for a group-wide business continuity management and promote cross-departmental cooperation An independent, structured and proactive way of working as well as the motivation to build a strategically relevant topic independently, you will be able to
