System operation is responsible for the safe operation of the transport network and the control zone of the TransnetBW in the European network. You observe and integrate requirements of the relevant ISO27001, ISO27002 and ISO 270019 standards into the processes. You create process descriptions, tune them with the stakeholders and pay attention to a pragmatic and slim process idea in the implementation. You design seams to other (IT) organisations in the company and ensure the best possible homogenization. You are responsible for the central documentation of the IT processes of system operation at company level. You support the central ISMS and Information Security Officer in the field of processes and audit.
