As a central contact person for executives and business partners, you are responsible for complex labour-law issues and you are looking for well-founded legal reviews and opinions. Proactively and autonomously tax and accompany projects on employment conditions and basic personal policy issues. You design, rework and implement business policies and labour law training. In close cooperation with employee representatives, you prepare work-related topics and accompany their implementation. You bind internal and external stakeholders to meet your needs and ensure close coordination. In addition, you represent the company in labour court proceedings.

Completed legal or economic law studies focusing on labour law or comparable training Experience in cooperation with employee representatives and project management, ideally with HR reference Good understanding of personal relations and organisational processes An analytical, structured and methodical way of working with economic understanding and a high degree of self-initiative and reliability Embossed communication and cooperation capabilities, sovereign appearance towards different stakeholders as well as very good MS Office and presentation skills
