As Head of Department (m/w/d) in the area of Finance & Taxes, you take responsibility for a team of around 25 employees from archiving, creditors, debitors, taxes and reporting. You shape the further development of our financial landscape, secure compliance and set standards for modern, efficient accounting. Your mission: You conduct a central financial area and develop it professionally and organizationally.

Leadership & Responsibility Technical, organisational and disciplined management of the Department of Finance & Taxes Developing a powerful team and establishing clear processes, structures and responsibilities Close cooperation with controlling, purchasing, law and internal and external stakeholders Accounting & Taxes Control and development of all business processes in accounting Coordination and supervision of accounting and operational tax returns according to IFRS, HGB and all relevant tax requirements Ensuring compliance with the EnWG – in particular the requirements according to § 6b EnWG for accounting and accounting Chief Financial Officer for Audits and Interface Strategy & Transformation Classification and implementation of relevant developments in the financial and tax environment Further development of our SAP-S/4HANA system landscape as well as perspective connection of modern solutions such as SAP Green Ledger as well as further digitalization and automation solutions

You are an experienced, sovereign leadership – analytically strong, communicatively safe and with a natural claim to excellence. Your profile: Complete studies in economics, accounting, finance, taxes or comparable qualifications Multiannual leadership experience in financial and/or tax areas, ideally in an international environment Knowledge of HGB, IFRS, Tax Law and Experience with SAP S4/HANA At best, industry knowledge and experience in the regulated environment Communication strength, team skills and strong entrepreneurial thinking and action Solution-oriented, pragmatic mode of operation with clear vision for feasibility and effect willingness to design and enjoy further developing proven, new ways to go and build sustainable structures Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Enthusiasm for digital transformation in the financial sector
