Support of the center management in operational, planning and conceptual tasks Preparation of evaluations, presentations and decision bases for management Organisation and coordination of administrative and organisational processes across three locations Organisation, coordination, preparation and follow-up as well as logging of dates, discussions and travels Interface communication with internal departments and external partners Organisation of confidential documents and transactions Participation in the planning, control and implementation of marketing measures Ensuring compliance with CI requirements and Kestenholz brand standards Planning, organisation and support of events, promotions and advertising Cooperation in budget planning and coordination of service providers Independent support and support of selected projects Date monitoring and support in contract processing, travel bookings and reservations Participation in personnel development topics, e.g. profile care and training coordination

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification Ideally multi-year professional experience in a comparable position, for example in the automotive industry, a premium or luxury brand or in the upscale hotel industry Safe handling of current MS Office applications Structured, independent and reliable operation Organisational strength and a high degree of discretion and trust Safe, sympathetic appearance and pronounced customer orientation High commitment, resilience and communicative and analytical competence readiness to travel between the sites, isolated with accommodation
