For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a full-time spanning mechanic (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Metalworking: Production of precise components by cutting methods such as CNC turning and milling according to technical specifications.
• Machine guidance: independent installation, operation and monitoring of modern CNC lathes.
• Program adjustment: Optimization and adaptation of CNC programs.
• Quality assurance: measurement and control of the manufactured parts to dimensional accuracy.
• Material processing: processing of different metals, in particular stainless steel, taking into account specific material properties.

They bring with them:

• Qualification: Completed training as machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, precision mechanics, tool mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable.
• CNC knowledge: experience in the programming and operation of CNC lathes, ideally with cyclical controls.
• Material understanding: knowledge of stainless steel and other demanding materials.
• Manufacturing experience: Practice in machining, clamping and precise alignment of large-format workpieces.
• Quality Consciousness: Careful and reliable operation with high self-responsibility.
• shift readiness: willingness to work in the shift system.
