Team Leader Technical Facility Management and Projects (m/f/d)

Ensuring the smooth operation and the high availability of all technical facilities, buildings and infrastructures Responsibility for day-to-day operations in the technical facility management, explicitly eliminating the malfunction by means of a CAFM software and a ticket system Organisation, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and repair measures and technological projects Technical support for building and project management Compliance with statutory provisions, safety standards and internal guidelines Implementation of regulatory requirements in the GxP context Coordination with production, logistics, IT, laboratory, QS as well as construction and service Cost control and budgetary responsibility

Completed technical training with additional qualification, e.g. to the technician / master / specialist (m/w/d), or comparable experience Multiannual professional practice in the technical environment Management expertise in the field of technology, e.g. as team management, technical project management or comparable Confidence with the organization of technological workflows and processes Economic thinking, high level of implementation and problem-solving competence Very good knowledge of German and a valid class B licence Structured and responsible work Communication and conviction strength
