Building, structuring & plausibility of complex project plans (termination, budget and resource planning) Moderation of hybrid project meetings (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Implementation of the PMO Role in offers, development programmes, series programs and in R&T projects Monitoring & Control of project progress with the integration of controlling and program management Preparation and participation in project reviews and budget permits Creation and management of the project documentation including Project status reports for decision preparation Development of Best Practice Documents on PM Methodology and Process Description and Implementation of Training Working on the further development of our project management standards

Successfully completed studies in the field of project management, business management, business informatics, economic engineering or similar qualification Experience or additional qualification in project management (e.g. PMP) Knowledge of MS Project, Infor LN, Power BI and JIRA/Confluence Very good English skills High analytical skills Careful and structured operation Good knowledge of MS Office programs
