Variant, FOUPCleaner, Stocker, Reticle-Stocker, Marker) safe. In the case of plant faults, you assess the manufacturing state of the wafers and maintain the wafers with appropriate post-processing and documentation. They monitor wafers in Process (WIP) and ensure the timely processing of hold material. In production, ensure the correct setup states, continuously monitor the hold material and process it according to OCAP. In maintenance and maintenance, you carry out planned and unplanned maintenance in compliance with safety-relevant requirements and work instructions. You run the troubleshooting and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic and mechanical systems using reaction plans together with your internal team and after coordination with external service partners. They assist in the creation of maintenance and checklists.
