Shift Supervisor Logistics (m/w/d)

Team leadership: You are the central anchor for your team - lead, motivate, promote and inspire a team of team leaders and over 100 camp employees every day. Layer line: You control the daily operation in FC and keep your structuring and care to prioritise and reliably complete all operational activities during your shift. Process optimization: Take responsibility for your own, location-based optimization projects - you bring pragmatic solutions and constantly improve our logistics processes together with the team. Versatility: Masters the exciting balancing act between operational management (3-4 shift days) and strategic work (1-2 office days) – for a varied and fulfilling activity.

You have successfully completed your studies (Bachelor/Master) in logistics management, supply chain management, economic engineering or a comparable area. Alternatively, you have collected at least 2 years of experience in shift management or a similar leadership position in logistics. You speak fluent German and have very good English skills. You are ready to work during a full-time position in the evening and in part on Saturdays to optimally support the operation. Your ability to quickly detect suddenly occurring problems and to find targeted solutions is what distinguishes you. You work independently, thoroughly and are targeted with a hands-on mentality.
