Control and implementation of cross-departmental corporate projects – from idea to successful implementation Head of Strategic Projects in Sales, Aftersales, Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Digitization and Process Optimization Coordination of all relevant stakeholders and moderation between departments and management Developing efficient processes and sustainable solutions to optimize our business processes Ensuring project goals with regard to quality, budget and dates Identification of project risks and development of pragmatic solutions Creation of sound decision bases for management Transparent reporting of project status and presentation of results at management level Active monitoring of change processes within the group

Multiannual experience in project or program management of complex business projects Detectable successes in managing cross-departmental projects Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Sovereign appearance and communication strength at all hierarchical levels High self-initiative, enforcement and decision-making Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation Experience in change management or transformation projects of advantage
