The Innovation & Future Technologies research area at Mercedes-Benz AG is one of the pioneers of the automotive industry and the pioneers for pioneering technologies. With us you are part of the Tech Programs & Future Concepts team and can help design the future technologies of Mercedes-Benz on the side of experienced engineers. Test vehicles, laboratory surfaces, workshops and various plants are available for this purpose. These include machines and testing technology from the field of robotics, cutting-edge manufacturing and plastics processing. Planning, monitoring and coordination of individual projects from idea to prototypical implementation and support for customer studies are part of your tasks. These challenges await you: Support in project management of a concept vehicle

Preparation of project content and rework for bodies

Preparation and design of presentations and infographics to represent complex information in a targeted and visually appealing manner

Researching new trends and technologies

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Programme in the field of technology management or engineering (engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, aerospace technology or a comparable study programme)

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Basic electrical engineering desirable

Programming skills desirable (e.g. Python, C++, Java)

CAD knowledge desirable

Experience in software-based graphic design desirable

Commitment and team skills

Analytical way of thinking and structured working

Self-employment, good understanding, fun in creative work
