The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colourful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). The area of responsibility essentially comprises the leading technical management of the electrotechnical plant as responsible electrical power (VEFK). In particular, the following activities are to be found in the workplace: Support in building and maintaining a legally secure organisation Advance or Adapting the respective concepts, quality standards and process sequences to ensure the electrotechnical operation Technical control of the electrotechnical plant Cross-border cooperation

Qualification: Graduate degree in electrical engineering (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor) or comparable qualification Competences: Knowledge in the field of electrical engineering standards and guidelines Professional experience as VEFK according VDE 1000-10 Knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Knowledge in SAP and/or the willingness to acquire them is essential Further requirements: Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Good and rapid understanding Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Very good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer/address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment, combined with the ability to make (difficult) decisions and take responsibility Willingness to participate in (tlw. multi-day) training throughout the federal territory driving licence class B/3 and the willingness to run service car
