Your job as a team leader in mechanical engineering (m/w/d) is a triad of production, service and processes. You control and control the assembly of the machines and optimize the further workflow in production. The feedback from the service inserts will be discussed with your colleagues (m/w/d) from the control technology and the design, giving impulses for new and further development of the special machines.

Technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic with corresponding training as a master, technician, (m/w/d) or a technical study in the field of mechanical engineering Experience in a coordinating role, e.g. as project manager, service technician (m/w/d) in mechanical engineering, special machine construction, plant engineering Process thinking and the will to advance things Structured thinking and working with its own head and ideas for the future design of a lucrative production unit in the area of special machine construction
