Tasks

• System operation of laser cutting or chemical milling systems (bath)
• Process monitoring and control of the production process with process-related adjustment work
• Document of component orders, optimization potentials and process parameters
• Störungsmanagement: Analysis of fault causes, assessment of fault reports and correction of malfunctions or maintenance information
• Pre- and post-processing such as upgrades and alignment of components, tool fittings and brushes
• System maintenance and documentation in computer systems
• **Introducing new employees into plant processes

Requirements

• Complete vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, aircraft engineer, industrial mechanic or in a metalworking profession
• Long-standing professional experience in manufacturing or production
• Experience in handling laser cutting or chemical milling systems of advantage
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace
• knowledge of German at the same level; Basic English knowledge
• ready for shift work in 3-shift operation
• Impressed team skills, high learning readiness and self-responsibility
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is absolutely necessary
