The sales development area is responsible for the further development and strategic orientation of AXA's sales. The task of the area is to strengthen (personal) sales, to coordinate savings, sales channels and other stakeholders, and to further develop sales by setting strategic impulses and implementing corresponding projects.

You will get a unique insight into AXA's strategy development and implementation and support our team in shaping the future of sales As a full-fledged team member, you are involved in the development process of the sales strategy and supports strategic projects You identify relevant market, customer and competitive developments and launch potential implications for AXA sales During your internship, you take on both strategic and operational tasks that you are driving independently In this role, you significantly shape the orientation of AXA's sales and contribute directly to long-term business success

Very good degree programs and advanced studies, e.g. in economics, BWL, VWL, management or a comparable degree course with analytic-strategic focus You have already gained first practical experience in one of the following areas: sales in the insurance or financial services industry, strategy consulting in a company or in a top consulting You can evaluate complex qualitative and quantitative data in a structured manner and derive clear recommendations for action Interest for trends in (insurance) sales Pleasure of project work with a strong analytical understanding You draw your attention through your communicative way and a structured, independent and conscientious working style You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel as well as in dealing with common AI applications Very good English skills are advantageous The position is now to be occupied for a full-time internship for 4-6 months.
