Retail Operations Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you develop our stores, strengthen the store lines in their responsibility and bring our premium appeal together with the team to the next level – visibly in real performance and sustainable success. You are responsible for both the WhiteWall Flagship Stores and the Shop-in-Shop concepts in the DACH region and the USA Together with the Head of Sales, you develop a clear store strategy, in various areas closely coordinated with other departments. You set standards for a consistent brand and service experience, and ensure their implementation You control the performance of our stores using relevant KPIs that you achieve through effective sales plans The leadership and development of a powerful store management team, including training, training and performance control, is responsible for and ensures expertise, service and process standards and excellent customer consulting

Experience in a leading role in the retail or multi-store environment and in leadership and development of executives (e.g. store management) You live premium and stand for quality – with a special focus on excellent customer service and highest service quality. At best you bring true enthusiasm for art, photography and interior design You have a sense of numbers, relationships and understanding for economic leverage such as performance analyses You keep an overview of your various topics, set priorities and keep the processes running efficiently Your mode of operation is structured, powerful and characterized by desire for design You have very good German and English skills in your baggage
