We are looking for you

Projektmanagement (m/w/d) at the Göppingen site

Our portfolio in engineering construction includes, among other things, the new building, the renovation and expansion of industrial and residential facilities, hospitals and municipal and commercial buildings.

Your duties

• Together with the construction management, you create the monthly income statement for our construction projects
• You take control and partial tasks for monthly reporting
• You actively participate in the planning process, create forecasts and contribute to the annual financial statements
• You are responsible for the receivable management and guaranteeing of our projects
• You take over the processing of supplier and contractor accounts
• You are a commercial contact person (m/w/d) for the construction and superstructure management and form the interface in commercial topics on clients, after-contractors and internal specialist departments

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of business management or commercial training, e.g. industrial businessman (m/w/d) with several years of experience in a comparable position in construction
• Self-employed and targeted work as well as pleasure in work in the team
• Ready to use, rich in ideas and flexibility
• Enforcement and analytical and holistic thinking
