Senior Manager Strategic Projects (m/f/d)

You conduct autonomously strategic projects in the areas of strategy development and review, portfolio and growth strategy as well as organisational development and maintain high visibility. In coordination with the VP Strategic Project Management and the project sponsors, you will start the project structure, milestone and governance planning. You co-ordinate interdisciplinary project teams, including external strategy and management consultancy, and agree closely with specialist areas, business units and external partners (m/w/d). You are preparing Steering Committees, performing them and launching status reports, decision templates and management presentations. You continuously monitor progress, budget, risks and dependencies of the project. You support the further development of methods, tools and processes in the Group Strategy project management. You make sure that all relevant stakeholders (m/w/d) are informed about project status and decisions at a time.

You have an excellent degree in economics or industrial engineering, ideally with doctoral studies or MBA. You have several years of professional experience in a leading strategy/management consultancy or in the corporate strategy of a large company. You have already successfully managed complex, interdisciplinary strategy projects such as strategy development, portfolio and growth strategy, organisational development and strategic M&A. You have a strong knowledge of classic and agile project management methods, such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, IPMA, PSM and the related tools. You can clearly structure complex facts and communicate them in German as well as in English (C1/C2). You are safe in dealing with leading positions (m/w/d) and top management, showing high self-responsibility, result orientation and diplomatic skill. You trade confidentially and loyally with sensitive strategic information and convince with strong communication and moderation capabilities.
