The SOS Children's Village Bremen is an institution of the SOS Children's Village e.V. with a wide range of offers between education and open work, day care and projects in the field of parental and family work and in cooperation with schools.

For our SOS Children's Village Bremen we are looking to build a new team for accompanying bypasses (BU) from August 2026 four Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, part-time (25 - 35 hours/Where.) The specialized team with the focus on BU is newly founded and located at a location in Bremen-Hastedt with offices and meeting rooms: www.bu-Bremen.de Working hours are spread over five days a week. The team of outpatient aids with the focus of accompanying transitions (BU) helps parents to exercise their parental responsibility and enable their children to contact both parents even after separation. The four-member educational team develops needs- and resource-oriented solutions together with the families. You have a degree as a social workerin or social educationin.
