You control construction and rehabilitation measures for existing buildings for the BLB NRW A project team from various disciplines, such as construction, supply and electrical engineering, is at your disposal for the implementation of the construction projects, which you will be guided by professionally. You define the project objectives to achieve them, in particular with regard to costs, dates and qualities, and work closely with your department management in an advisory capacity. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 11 payment group to the E 13 TV‐L (approximately € 51.700,00 – approx. € 82.000,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
