Become part of our convial team as Advocacy & Community Manager:in (m/w/d)

You are the driving force behind extraordinary brand experiences – where Premium Dark Spirits meet real emotions You design, tax and evaluate all Brand Activations and Educational initiatives for our Dark Spirits & Prestige Portfolio (including Redbreast, Aberlour, Chivas, Royal Salute, The Glenlivet and HC Iconica) You work closely with our on- and off-trade teams, as well as the D2VIP Manager and Luxury Relationship Manager, creating formats like Tastings, Masterclasses and exclusive brand experiences for life You are responsible for the organization and implementation of Brand Home Trips You develop our trade show strategy for trade fairs, in-house events and industry events and ensure a strong presence of our brands You’ll create a strong network in the whisky and hospitality scene as well as bloggers and influencers and make our brands visible and relevant You develop our social media activities and enter our Instagram channel in close coordination with the social media team You control and coordinate projects with external agencies and partners and bring creative ideas into implementation You always have a look at market, trends, and competitors, and you'll get relevant impulses for our brands. You take responsibility for the A&P budget and ensure a structured planning, control and evaluation

Success standing on a strong foundation: You have completed training in the commercial sector or in the gastronomy / hotel industry You bring experience from the areas of hospitality, spirits, luxury, events and social media and move safely in this environment You understand communicating professionally and authentically with demanding target groups You have a good network in the whisky and hospitality scene and are ideally anchored in the event or trade show world You burn for premium spirits – especially Dark Spirits – and have a real feel for brands, trends and luxury worlds You convince with very good communication skills in German and English – in writing as oral You're creative, thinking entrepreneurial and doing things with drive and self-responsibility You work structured, keep an overview and combine organizational talent with hands-on mentality You are ready to travel, flexible and willing to be close to events, scene and customers You have a class B licence
