As a Solution Consultant for our Factory Lifecycle Management (FLM) you will play a key role between specialist areas, product management, development and project teams. You combine process understanding with technical expertise, develop practical solutions and ensure that our FLM platform is optimally used in customer projects. Testing, structuring and developing Solution Concepts for the Factory Lifecycle Management Platform. Translating business requirements into feasible functional and technical requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. deriving data structures, object relationships, workflows and configuration rules for new product functions. Accompanying the implementation of new functions as a professional Sparring partner for development and product management. Evaluate requirements with regard to standard functionality, configuration options and necessary further developments of the platform. Planning and performing release tests, user acceptance tests and professional validation of new solutions. Supporting projects in the introduction, configuration and application of the platform and returning project experiences to product development.

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, economic engineering, architecture, computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in industrial, EPCM, planning, construction or infrastructure projects as well as in the context of digital platforms, software solutions or product development. Funded understanding of engineering, planning and project processing processes as well as the ability to translate technical requirements into structured solution concepts and technical requirements. Experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, solution design or the design of digital solutions including user stories, acceptance criteria and process modeling. Good knowledge of software systems, data models, workflows, role and authorization concepts as well as no-code/low code configurations; Programming or development experience is advantageous. Designed analytical skills, structured work and the ability to critically question requirements and to develop solutions together with specialist areas and development teams.
