We are looking for an experienced and detailed hotel controller (m/w/d) to support our hotel and financial team. The position includes controlling within the hotel as well as preparatory accounting tasks and plays a key role in the financial management and management of our hotel.

• cleaning of the guest rooms, departure and stay room, evening service (Turn down)

• Fill up the minibar

• cleaning and control of public areas and corridors

• Washing and ironing of hotel-internal laundry

• Guest wishes depending on the wishes of the guests, wash, iron, fold

• Cleaning of personal rooms as required

• Preserving/ providing work material in the floors office/ floors

• Control and maintenance of work equipment, vacuum cleaner, laundry trolley etc. In case of damage, report to the houseman

• VIP-Treatments for guests, special orders of guests, e.g. extra pillows, allergy-bed linen, cots, extra beds, mattress tops, etc., pick up fruit orders and flowers and distribute them correctly, according to the instructions of the house lady or the reception

• Execute extra work of the house lady, e.g. hang curtains, wash and hang up, clean carpets as far as possible, mattress cleaning, sofa and armchair cleaning as far as possible with appropriate in-house appliances, lamp cleaning etc.

• Spread terrace pads in the summer months and clean up again in the evening

• Prepare evening service with bedding, bed and bath accordingly and if necessary clean again generously

• Concrete knowledge of cleaning and care products

• First experiences in Hotellerie desirable

• Confidence with the technology to be used
