in full time for the master district in the district of Zizishausen.

REQUIREMENTS

• General housekeeping activities including the outdoor facilities for the urban buildings in the district of Zizishausen with the educational area kindergartens, school and hall as well as town hall and exit hall
• Closing services, inspections and supervision of extraordinary staff
• Maintenance of industrial plants
• Maintenance and minor repairs
• Control and coordination of cleaning, maintenance and craftsmanship activities, support for the users in the building (especially school and furnishing services)
• Representation in the master team for two daycare facilities

QUALIFICATION

• Successfully completed training in a craft or technical profession
• Reliability as well as independent and responsible operation combined with a friendly and helpful appearance
• Own initiative and craftsmanship as an all-rounder with a pronounced technical understanding
• readiness for flexible use and support for events – partw. also evening and weekends
• Computer knowledge in MS-Office
• Class B valid driving permit
