Your chance in private customer support – with additional responsibility You want to advise customers in a holistic way, build long-term relationships and also introduce your experience to the team? As a consulting customer advisor (m/w/d) with deputy head of the consulting center, you take over the comprehensive support of your own customer base and are at the same time an important support for the management of our consulting center. Your new working day – it could look like this: You start your day at the consulting center in the new city, welcome your team and prepare your consultations. A young customer plans to buy a new car and needs a financing solution. In short, you will develop a strategy for saving, prevention and asset building together with a family. In the afternoon, you will help a long-term client to optimize their investment and achieve their financial goals. In addition to your customer talks, you are an important contact person in the consulting center. You support colleagues in technical questions, accompany the implementation of common goals and work closely with the leadership on the further development of the team and the quality of advice. Notes on collective bargaining: The enrollment of the enrolled office is expected to be in the 10 TVöD payment group. Depending on the final assignment and the relevant professional experience, an assignment to levels 1 to 6 is regularly considered when hiring. This results in a monthly tariff gross entry fee ranging from EUR 424.53 to EUR 5.753.35. The final grouping is based on the activity to be carried out and the collective bargaining arrangements. In addition to the table fee, further collective wages are granted in accordance with the collective agreements mentioned, in particular an annual special payment or special savings banks payment.
