For our business partner, we are looking for service technicians (m/w/d) for cleaning robots in the field of external service in several areas: in the Hamburg region, in the Ruhr region (between Essen and Dortmund) and in the southwest German region (Mannheim, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe).

Your tasks:

• Technical support on site: commissioning of autonomous cleaning robots (mapping, cleaning zones, calibration, functional testing)
• Maintenance and inspections: regular preventive maintenance and functional checks
• troubleshooting: analysis and troubleshooting of technical problems directly with the customer
• Software updates: Support for robot software updates
• Customer training: Instruction and training of customers and end users for the optimal use of robots
• Documentation: Careful care of all service, maintenance and application reports
• Collaboration: Close coordination with the support team and engineers in complex technical issues
• Reporting: Regular reports on robot performance and maintenance

Your profile:

• Complete technical training in electrical engineering, electronics or mechanics
• Professional experience in technical support, service field service or robotics desirable
• Embossed problem-solving and analytical skills
• Very good communication capability in direct customer contact
• Willingness to regional missions in your field of application and flexible working hours
• Team skills and motivation to work in a dynamic environment
• Class B licence
• Flowing German and English skills, other languages of advantage
