In the product strategy and analysis unit, you actively shape the future of Allianz Life Insurance. We create market and competition analyses, support the development of product/portfolio strategies, support communicative product development/rollout projects, control central regulatory issues such as sustainability and provide our know-how internally and externally, for example through training - and always keep the customer focus!

You support us

the analysis and assessment of market developments and trends, and competitive dynamics the preparation of stakeholder presentations (e.g. sales, training or board documents) communicative support of rollout projects and answering product-specific requests from sales the raising of sales potentials by monitoring rating results further ad hoc activities due to the central positioning of our unit within the company

You are in the second half of your Bachelor's degree or are already in the middle of the Master's degree. Ideally, you are studying economics or in a comparable area - with a focus on the insurance industry. You've achieved good academic achievements so far You will be drawing on your own initiative, a structured and result-oriented way of working, as well as excellent team skills You are communicative and master the German language at the native level in word and writing You have fun in challenges and bring your willingness to work From autumn 2026 you have at least 3 months to start as a student:in the topics Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
