In your role, you actively work on the telephone contact with existing and new customers and are an important interface between customer and sales Your main tasks include outbound phone calls as a targeted customer approach. The agreement and coordination of appointments for the field service or Sales is one of your main tasks. An essential component Your activity is the structured and professional conversation on the phone The maintenance and updating of customer data in our CRM system is an essential part of your activity Your task includes the careful documentation of conversation results and customer information You are responsible for the follow-up of agreed dates and the feedback of relevant information to the distribution The vote with the sales team is also within your responsibility In addition, you will support campaigns and actions as part of the customer approach

A completed study or a completed commercial training A friendly and clear telephone voice as well as a safe occurrence Basic knowledge in handling computers and CRM systems German language skills in word and writing Embossed communication skills and the ability to convince and inspire conversation partners A high level of service and customer orientation
