You take responsibility for the entire recruiting process (from need clarification to attitude). You create work contracts and other personal documents, as well as pay assessments. You work trustfully with our stakeholders You are responsible for the personal controlling and start evaluations. You represent your colleagues in all HR topics.

You have a degree or training with a focus on staff, business, psychology or a comparable qualification You preferably have relevant experiences in HR and in handling personal software. Ideally, you already have knowledge in TV-L. You work in a structured, accurate and self-contained manner and consistently complete tasks. You are safe in handling sensitive data. You have joy in dealing with human beings and are assertive.
