We are looking for our Center Finance, Purchasing and Law, for a full-time group “purchase, construction and installations”

In the Purchasing department, we obtain a wide range of goods, materials and services and carry out national and European procurement procedures for supply, service and construction services. In close cooperation with various departments, we take on a coordinating interface function and rely on economic, socially fair and environmentally sound procurement. In a variety of projects, it is possible to actively shape the future of the BSAG.

Competent consultation and support of the project participants/ responsible (internal and external) as part of the projects Preparation and structuring of awards in order to ensure a legally correct and documented procurement process under the BSAG Purchasing Directive, inter alia, by sector regulation (SektVO) and procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) Part A Preparation, coordination and structuring of the award of architectural and engineering contracts (based on the HOAI, AHO) Self-employed negotiation with suppliers Participation in supplier management, quality management and reporting Ordering services and construction services, e.g. by VOB Parts B and C Responsible communication with suppliers coordination and development of, among others, commercial specifications, contracts, complaints of defects etc. with internal and external contact persons Enforcement of claims of BSAG against our contractors

A completed technical or commercial vocational training or a completed study in the field of civil engineering or industrial engineering, as an alternative a comparable qualification Long-term professional experience in purchasing and procurement logistics with knowledge in procurement law or in the handling of public tenders is desirable Secure application of MS-Office/M 365 and SAP, further knowledge in programs such as RIB iTwo are desirable Self-employed, target-oriented and result-oriented working methods with negotiating skills and persuasiveness Flexibility, resilience and teamability Representative written and oral communication skills, English skills are desirable Standing for continuous training
