Implementation and control of production orders based on technical documentation (signments, schedules, NC programs).

Professional equipping of machines, selection and presetting of suitable tools and preparation of relevant clamping and testing equipment.

Independent implementation of accompanying measures and intermediate tests, need-oriented modification of CNC programs directly at the control and careful documentation of all process changes.

Successfully completed training in the industrial/technical environment (e.g. as an industrial mechanic, machining mechanic milling technique or comparable).

Funded programming and operating knowledge of modern CNC milling machines (3 to 5 axes) with Siemens 840D or MillPlus control.

Practice in the manufacture of small series, prototypes and unikates in the narrow tolerance range is expressly desired.

Routinized and error-free interpretation of technical drawings and production plans.

Ready to work in 3-shift operation.
