We are looking for our accounting team at the next time an Finanzbuchhalterin or Steuerfachanarbeiter*n (m/w/d) with a weekly working time of 38.5 hours. About the Parity As a German Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband, Landesverband Bremen e. Some of our member organisations transmit their accounting to us. Your duties include the accounting of our association and for some of our members. independent processing of ongoing accounting for one or more clients of the association Compilation of annual accounts in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements (income income statement and balance sheet) Implementation of monthly and quarterly accounts, including voting and reporting Participation in IT projects in the financial and accounting field, in particular in the introduction or further development of software solutions Support in controlling, e.g. for budget planning, medium-calls, key figures analyses and cost-effectiveness calculations Optimization of internal processes and processes in financial accounting Contact persons for internal departments, external service providers, tax advisors and audit bodies

(m/w/d) or studies in the field of business, accounting or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in accounting, ideally in the care of clients or in a decentralized organizational structure Knowledge in accounting, in particular in the preparation of annual accounts (EAFRD and balance sheet) Independent, structured and responsible work as well as pronounced analytical thinking Good IT affinity, ideally experience in handling accounting software and willingness to participate in IT projects Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Teamability, communication strength and a solution-oriented working style
