Your mission Senior Financial Accountant (m/w/d) – Hürth (Hybrid) The rapidly growing Legal‐KI-Start‐up LIBRA Technology GmbH, part of the Wolters Kluwer Group since the end of 2025, is looking for an experienced Finance expert (m/w/d). In this key role, you take the externally managed accounting and gradually integrate LIBRA into the systems, processes and standards of Wolters Kluwer – with the clear goal of obtaining the entrepreneurial start-up DNA as best possible.
Your tasks Establishment, integration and use of Group-wide financial and ERP systems and connection of relevant pre-systems
Own-responsible implementation of current financial accounting (main book, assets, debitors, creditors)
Control and monitoring of payment transactions and ensuring efficient cash management
clarification and voting of open items and accounts
Creation and submission of sales tax declarations
Implementation of dunning and active receivable management
Active role in the integration of LIBRA into the Wolters Kluwer Group including the harmonisation of processes, controls and reporting structures
Close cooperation with Group Finance, Controlling, Tax and other key Group functions

3–5 years of relevant professional experience in financial accounting
Knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting
Very good experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP R/3, S/4HANA, DATEV, Addison) as well as reporting tools (e.g. Tagetik)
Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
Ideally high affinity for AI-based tools (e.g. MS Copilot)
Ability to combine the requirements of a dynamic start-up with the structures of an international, listed group

Experience or high learning readiness in matrix and group structures
