Development and implementation of strategies to optimize marketing and CRM processes in cooperation with relevant stakeholders, departments and IT. Initiation and management of infrastructure projects with various internal and external stakeholders, including requirement management, concept development and resource planning. Provision of technical support and advice for the development of applications in the marketing and CRM departments. Monitoring and evaluation of trends and innovations in the MarTech area, with the aim of integrating forward-looking solutions. Management of projects for the integration and optimization of marketing technology platforms. Professional support in the development and continuous improvement of marketing-relevant technology solutions. Structure and leadership of a team with perspective
