The outpatient Betreute Wohnen Würzburg-Süd in Würzburg-Heidingsfeld is a care facility for mentally altered or ill people who can live in their home or a supervised community with appropriate professional support. We help them to experience stability and security in the familiar environment. Currently, in five residential communities and in the occupants individual residences are approx. 100 clients. We want to further expand this area in the future. The activity refers to fulltime/parttime employment. Within the framework of the agency you are responsible for the (social) consulting and accompaniment of our clients with mental impairments. Their main task is to take care of individual dwellings as well as housing communities. These include regular visits to the local clients. The development of individual solutions and action plans is at the forefront of personal discussions. Our clients are to be led to self-responsive action (help for self-help).
